On August 21, 2007, Mr.Phichai Phuechmongkol, Managing director of DLO and Mr.Sunit Shrestha, Director of TRNLab, has signed MOU with Dr.Catharina Maracke of Creative Common International (Berlin) to port Creative Common Licenses (CCL) for Thailand jurisdiction.
The project should complete within 3 months.
This MOU raise Thailand to be the country in the Upcoming Project Jurisdictions on CC website.
CCL is provided by CC, to copyright owner around the world to use its free of charge to give or share some right to other people with stipulate for some conditions like attribution, no derivative, non-commercial etc.
Creative Commons International (Berlin) is the organization of Creative Commons, the non-profit corporation, to port CCL to other jurisdiction.
