DLO is proud to announce that it has partnered with International SOS to prepare a written report on employer's duty of care obligations to staff who are sent overseas on work assignments. The report will cover a number of legal issues including minimum standards imposed under the Occupational, Safety, Health & Environment Act (2011) and legal obligations on employer's under the Workmen's Compensation Act (1994).
 
The report will be formally released in the near future and DLO staff will participate in an upcoming seminar to discuss a number of legal considerations that employers in Thailand should be aware of when sending their staff on an overseas work assignment.
